Hello m'lovelies
Indie Reader approved. International best-selling co-author. Creator of Elegant Rebel®.
Soulful mentor. Oracle card designer. Neurodivergent truth-teller. Breast cancer thriver who chose to stay flat and stand tall. No boobs required.
I’m not here to play by the rules—I’m here to rewrite them. Elegantly. Gracefully. Compassionately. Kindly.
With storytelling, intuitive tools, and unapologetic sass, I guide other HSP and neurodivergent women to ditch the ‘shoulds,’ trust their inner knowing, and radiate authenticity. My presence, programs, and writing are a rally cry for those ready to reclaim their voice and flourish on their own terms.
From leading award-winning anti-violence campaigns to crafting empowering oracle decks, my life’s adventure is one of unapologetic self-acceptance and soulful rebellion. Sharing from lived experience—whether navigating breast cancer, embracing neurodivergence, or growing up always being “too…”—I turn every chapter into a tool for collective empowerment.
Elegant Rebel® isn’t just a brand. It’s a movement.
And it’s my heart and soul.
Take some time to explore my blog, publications, and soul-led programs and perhaps allow yourself unmask your own magic and live differently? Read on and enjoy!

Why I Stayed Flat
-
Because I chose to follow my inner knowing and my body's wisdom.
-
Because I didn’t lose my femininity—I redefined it.
-
Because I didn’t need reconstruction to feel whole.
-
Because my body is not a problem to be solved.
-
Because staying flat felt like truth, not defiance.
After my bilateral mastectomy, I chose not to reconstruct. No prosthesis. No padding. No apologies. I chose to stay flat and stand tall—not as a rejection of beauty, but as a radical embrace of my own. It was the most Elegant Rebel® decision I could make.
This wasn’t about being brave. It was about being honest. About listening to my body’s wisdom. About rewriting the story society hands us—one that says we must fix, hide, or conform.
I stayed flat because I wanted to celebrate my youness. To show other women—especially neurodivergent, HSP, and soul-led rebels—that there is no one way to be radiant. No one shape that defines worth. No one path to reclaiming power.
My chest may be flat, but my presence is anything but.
Late Diagnosis, Lifelong Knowing
Clinically verified AuDHD, 2023. Aged 53. Finally seen.
I always knew I was different. Too much. Too curious. Too sensitive. Too strategic. Too everything. Turns out, I am also neurodivergent—AuDHD to be exact.
In 2023, I received clinical confirmation of what my soul had always known. It wasn’t a label. It was a liberation. A reclamation of every moment I masked, moulded, or misunderstood myself.
This diagnosis didn’t change me—it clarified me.
It gave language to my lived experience.
It validated the way I process, create, connect, and rebel.
Now, I share ND-friendly, soulful mentoring. I hold space for other late-diagnosed souls. I honour the way our brains dance—strategic, intuitive, nonlinear, brilliant.
Being AuDHD is part of my magic.
It’s why I can weave sass with soul, clarity with chaos, and processes that actually work.
My late diagnosis isn’t a footnote—it’s a soul spark. It’s why Elegant Rebel® exists.
